History
The Graziadei legal practice was founded by Dr Giuseppe Graziadei following his graduation from the University of Bari in 1921 with a doctorate degree in business studies. At that time his professional activity focused on the control and management of companies in crisis.

The development of company culture along with the evolution of 20th century regulations, especially those regarding taxation, has increased the chartered accountant's areas of activity and participation, making them vital for the life of any company.

The consistent growth of this role has been carefully regulated by the professional association of which Dr Giuseppe Graziadei participated in as a committee member, and Dr Rocco Graziadei as a councillor for the Naples association, ensuring that this role is even more strategic and fundamental for companies of all types and sizes.

In the course of almost a century of professional activity, and through three generations of chartered accountants, the Graziadei legal practice has given its clients, the necessary professional advice in the areas regarding commerce, bankruptcy, and taxation, both during times of prosperity and times when the economic situation has been less favourable.
